Frequently Asked Questions

Are more destinations planned?

Yes, absolutely. In the coming years, we will build a network with over 30 connections. Currently, we connect 9 destinations on two lines — and we are already in talks with additional bus partners for new routes. It's worth staying updated.

Can I book a one-way trip only?

Yes, of course. You can also book Twiliner for a single journey — simply leave the return date blank during the booking process.

Can I also board at a different location?

Unfortunately, no. Your ticket is only valid for the booked route, and we ask you to board and alight at the specified stop. For questions regarding rebooking, you can reach us at service@twiliner.com.

Do all destinations run every night?

Not every destination is served daily. You can find the current departure days and connections directly in the booking tool — there you can see at a glance when the next trip to your desired destination is available.
