What makes the Twiliner seat unique?
Our patent-pending seats are the first in Europe to fully recline into a bed at the touch of a button, offering unmatched comfort for work, relaxation, or sleep. Designed with an innovative safety system, they ensure secure travel in every position throughout your Twiliner journey.
Is there Wi-Fi and power onboard?
Yes, every seat has free Wi-Fi and power outlets, so you can work or relax on the go.
Can I sleep during the ride?
Absolutely! Our seats convert into beds, like in business class. We provide a cozy pillow and blanket for a restful night. Plus, you can slip into something comfier in our changing room before settling in.
Amenities on Board
Twiliner buses are designed for a restful and enjoyable journey. On the lower level, you’ll find a spacious toilet, a changing room, and a snack bar offering a curated selection of drinks and snacks. At your seat, you’ll have personal storage, a table for working or dining, USB chargers, and a reading light. Best of all, water, coffee, and high-speed Wi-Fi are always free.
Luggage allowence
Each passenger can bring one large suitcase (up to 20 kg) and one carry-on to be transported for free in our hold. Please note that the storage space at your seat is limited so please bring only a small handbag or backpack to your seat. Extra luggage can be booked for an additional fee here.
Snack Bar
Our Twiliner buses feature a small snack bar on the lower level. The selection of drinks and snacks may vary by route and is available for purchase using cashless payment. If you have allergies or specific dietary needs, we recommend bringing your own food.
Can I bring special luggage like bikes or surfboards?
Currently, we’re unable to accommodate special luggage. However, we’re working on making this possible for future Twiliner journeys.

- Non-Refundable: not refundable, not changeable
- Semi Flex: fully refundable until 30 days before departure
- Full Flex: fully refundable until 72 hours before departure

Special Requests & Accessibility
Are the buses wheelchair accessible for PRM?
Currently, our buses are not equipped with designated wheelchair spaces. However, PRM passengers may travel with a companion free of charge to assist with boarding, disembarking, and during the journey, ensuring safe and smooth travel.
PRM and passengers with disabilities must inform us of their specific needs no later than the time of reservation. To ensure availability, bookings for PRM and their companions can only be confirmed if at least two seats are still available at the time of booking. We recommend choosing two lower-deck seats for PRM travelers and their companions when possible.
